Key Responsibilities

• :Oversee the entire application development life cycle, from initial concept through deployment and post-launch support
• .Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• .Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives
• .Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
• .Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues or changes in project scope
• .Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables
• .Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
• .Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance and project outcomes
• .Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and requirements
• .Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects
• .Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• .Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project life cycle
