Klingit is a creative tech scale-up that offers a modern, scalable and easy way for companies to get help with marketing, design and web development. With our innovative model, Klingit has grown rapidly and today serves over 130 clients with a team of 70+ talented people worldwide.
As Project Manager at Klingit you will play a key role in the delivery of our services and in building strong client relationships. You will lead multiple marketing and design projects and productions at the same time and be responsible for several of our clients. Our client base ranges from tech scale-ups to big international brands.
It is an exciting and fast paced role where you will work closely with our clients and our distributed design team that today consists of 30+ top creatives based all over the world. You will handle daily communication with a number of clients and lead the process from initial brief to final delivery. The role includes detailing briefs, staffing, quality assurance, sharing feedback with creatives, presenting solutions and marketing advisory to clients as well as follow-up on project plans, budgets etc.
The role is fully remote and on a contractor basis full time.
As Project Manager at Klingit you will
Manage a large number of ongoing high-paced creative marketing projects – from initial concept to production
Be responsible for a number of clients and act as trusted advisor for their branding and design needs
Develop a deep understanding for each client and their brand
Guide, discuss and clarify client needs into concise creative briefs
Collaborate with and manage top designers and creatives from various disciplines
Scope, brief, staff and execute projects making sure we deliver according to our high expectations on quality and fast turnarounds
Build strong client relationships
Present output to clients and discuss feedback
Continuously learn and be part of developing our ways of working
We’d love to hear from you if you:
5+ years of experience from a in house, design or branding agency as a hands on project manager, producer and/or account manager
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
Experience from working with designers and creatives
Deep understanding of marketing and design
Strong team player and people skills
Strong internal drive and ability to get things done in a fast pace
A high energy level, are curious, kind and proactive
