What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of new access control, security, and video systems
• Generate project schedules, provide progress reports on project status, and manage billing adjustments
• Act as the project liaison between the employer’s departments and clients during implementation
• Track budgets and resources for individual projects while ensuring timely execution and quality control
• Provide regular updates and documentation for completed work to all stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2-5 years of successful experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Basic knowledge of IP, Ethernet, networking protocols, and Cat5 technologies
• Professional construction experience and knowledge of door hardware, locking devices, and building codes
• Ability to perform detailed work with a strong attention to accuracy and thoroughness
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and/or nights when required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP Certification
• Experience managing access control, video systems, or other related electronic systems installations
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
