About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of Asset Delivery, the Project Manager will oversee every stage of project delivery, from concept design and planning approval to construction and handover. The position can be based at our Head Office in Adelaide or locally in Sydney or Melbourne.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong building expertise and a proven track record of collaborating with design consultants and builders to successfully deliver retail, commercial, or industrial projects valued up to $20m. With developments located nationwide, some travel, including overnight stays, will be required.

What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking a professional with a strong background in building and project management, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design consultants and builders.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Building qualification and at least five years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management tools.
• Expertise in building contracts, financial management, scheduling, and risk management.
• Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Collaborative, self-motivated team player with a knack for driving progress.
• Ability to lead meetings, maintain composure under pressure, and take responsibility.
• Creative problem-solver with a positive, energetic outlook and a good sense of humour.

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience managing major building projects.
• Strong IT proficiency.
