About You

About the Role
The core responsibilities  are scoping, strategising, executing, managing and delivering your projects in alignment with the client’s requirements. You will work closely with our Head of Client Solutions and our team of consultants and developers. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to perform some technical implementation and end user onboarding.
Functions / Tasks:
- Functional and technical requirements gathering, analysis and solution design for system implementation and integration
- Process maps, scope definition, user stories and concept development
- Liaise with the development team to translate functional requirements into conceptual and detailed design documentation
- Design and implementation on the Zoho CRM platform and suite of applications
- Business process workflow and automation set up
- Project management – managing time & budget and breaking down project scope into actionable tasks for assigned resources
- Assessing risks and managing changes to project scope
- Tracking and triaging new development and change requests
- Communicating with stakeholders and providing presentations on progress, blocks and resources
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, identify account development opportunities, support and training
Qualifications:
A degree in information technology, business, project management or a related field will be appropriate. Several years of applicable work experience. A strong background in business process improvement and consulting is mandatory.
