About the Role

In this role, you will act as the primary driver of project success, overseeing client relationships, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and exceeds expectations. As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll help optimize our processes and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Be Working On

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Project Management

• Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope.
• Communicate project scope, timelines, and technical specifications to both clients and internal teams.
• Address and mitigate scope changes or timeline risks through proactive communication.

Meeting Coordination

• Schedule and lead bi-weekly touch base meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Document and share key takeaways and action items after every client meeting.

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Facilitate alignment across teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and Notion.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience managing client relationships and setting clear expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Shopify platform and e-commerce best practices.
• Technical knowledge of web development processes is a plus.
• Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
• Ability to create user stories outlining requirements for development and design teams.
