Project Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and committed Project Manager to join our team within the non-profit sector. Key Responsibilities

In your role as Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Crafting comprehensive project plans that clearly define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with community organizations, healthcare entities, and other critical stakeholders.
• Overseeing resource management to ensure optimal efficiency throughout project execution.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
• Upholding quality standards by ensuring all project deliverables meet established criteria.
• Developing and executing effective communication plans that promote seamless collaboration among stakeholders and team members.
• Maintaining precise and detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting notes, and progress reports.
• Utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies to monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Integrating CRM, ERP systems, and Cloud Technologies to enhance operational processes and drive project success.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will exhibit:

• Extensive experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, with a background in using About Time software.
• Familiarity with budget management and construction project oversight.
• Proficiency in leveraging Cloud Technologies for effective project management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management roles.
• A valid Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) is required.
