Project Manager (Remote)

Essential Skills:

·        PMP or Prince 2 Certification

·        Strong MS Project Skills

·        Project Planning and management for Functional / Technical projects

·        Ability to multi-task and be well organized

·        Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

·        Excellent skills in managing customer meetings at executive level and also at project level

·        Understands Waterfall / Agile methodology for Project delivery

·        Good grasp of Retail Functions

·        Exposure to ERP Implementation lifecycle or Retail Management Software life cycle.

·        People management skills with ability to manage development team

·        Understands Agile methodology for Project delivery

Desired Skills:

·        Knowledge of retail industry applications and processes like POS

·        Retail Industry knowledge is a must

Key Responsibilities

·        Understand client requirements and educate fellow team members

·        Project Lead/Manager is responsible for the development of advanced and high quality deliverables, on-time and within budget to meet client expectations.

·        Develop and manage project plans, gather business requirements and coordinate with other team leads to map business processes.

·        Manage Customer Interaction, Develop artifacts for ALL Customer interaction

·        Manage deliverables through projects / Tasks and Follow-up and action to closure

·        Ability to delegate, supervise, and develop junior consultants

·        Project Lead is also expected to build and maintain client relationships

·        Designing and developing superior technical approaches and solutions which satisfy clients’ business needs

·        Work with cross functional team of RnD, Customer Support in order to deliver solution to client

·        Understanding and leveraging expert knowledge about relevant ETP and 3rd party technology
