About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced T24 Temenos Testing QA Manager / Test Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the testing lifecycle for Temenos T24 implementations, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Location: Remote – US East Coast Time Zone (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Define and manage test environments, ensuring they are stable and representative of production systems.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders (business analysts, developers, project managers) to gather requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.

Test Execution & Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts and Testers.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, track progress, and identify and report defects.
• Monitor and control test execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance:

• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Effectively communicate test progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.

Automation:

• Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Continuously improve test automation coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years of experience with Temenos T24.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices (e.g., functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Temenos Transact.
• Knowledge of banking domain and regulations.
• Experience with cloud-based testing.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
