What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the planning and implementation of an AMS platform conversion and data migration
• Oversee the setup and deployment of new systems, including CRM and content management systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, schedules, and budgets
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and task plans
• Provide status updates and progress reports to stakeholders, identifying and resolving potential issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in SaaS implementations and data migrations
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating across departments
• Excellent project lifecycle management skills, including budget management and milestone tracking
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus

• Familiarity with best practices in project management, including reporting and documentation
