Schedule: Full-Time, Salaried, Monday-Friday, Typical Business Hours
(NOTE: Fully remote position. Candidate must be eligible per PCHC’s Telecommuting policy.)
Highlights of the position:
- Demonstrates respect, collaboration, awareness, and a proven success of developing and managing projects from concept through final implementation.
- Oversees administration of grant compliance post-award for all active grants. Establishes deliverables and timetables to assure grant reporting and compliance deadlines are met.

Responsible for management and documentation of various high priority and high complexity grants, sub-awards, and funding contracts:
- Collaborates to develop budgets. Monitors and controls expenses based on budgetary guidelines.
- Liaisons and negotiates between internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively move projects forward and ensure projects achieve intended goals.
- Gathers and generates data to evaluate objectives, goals and scope of deliverables. Prepares and presents updates as appropriate.
- Works to ensure profitability and to improve efficiencies, reduce risks, and achievement of all deliverables.
- Ensures completion of projects on time, within budget and scope.
- Manages reporting requirements for federal grant systems (HRSA EHB, HUD Esnaps/Sage, SAMHSA, etc.) and state contracts.
- In conjunction with Director and PMI, maintains up-to-date and accurate database (Master Spreadsheet) including reporting due dates.
- Serves as ambassador for PCHC modeling PCHC’s mission, core values, and culture in both internal and external communication.
- Champions efforts to seek continuous improvement and implement best practices within the organization. Proactively evaluates and determines needs across the organization, bringing opportunities to the attention of the Director.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field (or demonstrated equivalent experience) required.
- Must have 5 years of working experience/background in at least 2 of the following categories: Project Management, Finance, Compliance/Regulatory, Healthcare, and Communications (listening, oral, and written).
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies required, including experience leading projects of various sizes and seeing them through to completion. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individual’s ability to perform the responsibilities of the position, in accordance with PCHC’s Automobile Safety and Background Check policy.
