Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely progression of security projects by assisting clients in achieving improved outcomes through innovative technology.
- Oversee one or more large project management teams, adeptly managing complex technological initiatives and project staffing.
- Direct project planning, monitoring, and governance, establishing clear timelines and expectations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain effective communication channels with clients, executive leadership, and project teams, providing insights on project metrics and recommending necessary adjustments.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and definitions to guarantee exceptional outcomes across all project phases.
- Proactively manage projects that involve non-direct reports, promptly escalating risks and executing effective risk management strategies.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by preparing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and assisting with proposal development and business initiatives.
- Approach tasks with a positive mindset, adapting seamlessly to changing priorities to meet project objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in managing intricate cybersecurity projects or programs throughout the full project management lifecycle.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as PMP, Scrum, and Agile practices.
- Proficient in budget development, management, and project management software.
- Strong leadership capabilities to clearly define project scopes and mentor junior team members.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on executive presentations and motivating stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of security tools (e.g., Splunk, Saviynt), Identity and Access Management, Network, and Firewall concepts, as well as familiarity with AWS and MS Azure.
- Awareness of compliance standards and experience with Business Associate Agreements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in project management for complex cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience with Medicaid or Medicare programs is a valuable plus.
- Ability to distill broader program objectives into achievable project scopes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation And Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from (86,800.00 to )124,000.00 annually. The final salary offered may vary based on geographic location, internal equity, and individual qualifications.
