Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and implement strategic solutions to achieve outstanding project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to establish project delivery requirements, including staffing, project plans, and deliverables, prior to kickoff.
• Oversee all onboarding requirements to ensure readiness before project initiation.
• Manage daily project operations, providing consistent updates to stakeholders and clients regarding progress and performance.
• Identify potential project risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
• Review project deliverables before client presentations to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and client specifications.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and BizOps Lead to refine operational policies and procedures, minimizing bottlenecks.
• Actively seek opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings to maximize client benefit.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, particularly in service delivery or consulting.
• Proficient in security, blockchain, or distributed systems services.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to identify and pursue follow-on service opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven experience in security, blockchain, or distributed systems services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is required.
