The Role:

ServiceNow Project Manager to join our growing PMO Practice. This is a strategic area of our business, aligned with our ‘Go To Market’ strategy. Measures of success in this role are successful delivery and completion of projects to our customers. 

The PMO delivers projects across all practices in AC3, as a result we’re looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in Public Cloud and ServiceNow, and ideally AWS and Microsoft offerings. 

• Manage projects and report on the following aspects: scope, schedule, risk, issues, budget, resources, finance, deadlines, communication and quality​
• Delivery and implementation of projects where the core solution utilises ServiceNow, specifically ITOM & CMDB deployments 
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties

Essential Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management of infrastructure implementation/infrastructure projects
• Experience and confidence in a customer facing consulting or consultative role with strong technical presence and confidence
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and working under stress in emergencies, and demonstrating flexibility to handle pressure coming from all directions simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading people and addressing performance issues in a timely manner
• 2+ years’ experience in project management implementing and deploying ServiceNow, including ITOM & CMDB at a minimum 
• Industry certification in Project Management Methods i.e. PMBOK, Prince 2, or Agile.
• ServiceNow Delivery Methodology
• Proven ability to create and present complex business and technical solutions​
