What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress to ensure financial success and timely completion
• Manage complex contract negotiations and lead project execution by assembling and managing project teams
• Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables align with established scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage change requests and implement risk management strategies to minimize negative financial impacts
• Maintain positive client relationships and document all project deliverables comprehensively

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in site design and development
• Project management experience, including scope, schedule, and budget control
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
