What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress to manage financial success and ensure timely completion
• Manage complex contract negotiations and lead the execution of project plans by coordinating project teams
• Monitor progress and measure project performance to ensure deliverables meet established scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage change requests and implement risk management techniques to minimize negative financial impact
• Maintain positive client relationships and document all project deliverables, ensuring comprehensive records are kept

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
