What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress to ensure financial success and timely completion
• Manage complex contract negotiations and lead the execution of project plans
• Assemble and manage project teams, coordinating internal resources and assigning responsibilities
• Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables align with established scope, schedule, and budget
• Maintain positive client relationships and document all project deliverables

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in site design and development
• Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
