Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management: Formulate project scopes, timelines, and budgets; diligently monitor progress to ensure successful financial outcomes and deadlines.
• Contract Negotiations: Conduct intricate negotiations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement.
• Team Leadership: Build and direct project teams, aligning their expertise with project goals while managing resource allocation effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate project performance continually to ensure adherence to defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage changes, implement risk mitigation strategies, and limit financial repercussions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous reviews of technical deliverables, confirming compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through outstanding service and communication, paving the way for future collaborations.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized project records, including all correspondence, design documentation, and deliverables.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members on project management best practices, leveraging available organizational resources.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in site design and development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong project management skills, including oversight of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
