Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead our social listening projects and collaborate with a global team of analysts, researchers, and strategists. This role is crucial in driving impactful results for our clients by turning social media data into meaningful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:Â Oversee end-to-end project management for social listening initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Client Collaboration:Â Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Coordination:Â Work closely with internal teams to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and allocate resources effectively.
- Platform Expertise:Â Leverage social listening tools like Brandwatch, Netbase, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Pulsar, and Talkwalker to gather and analyze data.
- Insight Development:Â Analyze social media conversations to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, and present findings to clients in a clear, actionable format.
- Process Improvement:Â Continuously refine workflows and methodologies to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in social listening, social media analytics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social listening platforms and Boolean query writing.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello is a plus.
