Project Manager Specialist Wfh (Remote)

Join our dynamic Engineering Application Services team as a Project Manager Specialist. In this fully remote position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing engineering design and computer-aided design (CADD) projects. This is a 12-month contractual opportunity where your expertise will directly contribute to improving project management processes and enhancing efficiency across various technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deconstruct intricate technical projects into clearly defined and manageable tasks, ensuring precise scope and expected outcomes.
• Prioritize and monitor the progress of tasks to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality, client-ready outputs.
• Create, document, and sustain CADD guidelines and workflows applicable across the department, supporting Bentley and various CADD systems.
• Collaborate with clients to align on business protocols and ensure the smooth progression of projects.
• Develop and present training materials, equipping stakeholders with the essential knowledge to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and regularly update the project task register, ensuring meticulous tracking of all project deliverables and adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with application development life cycles.
