What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Direct development teams and manage the execution of project schedules, scope, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead communication plans, facilitating meetings and providing project presentations to executive leadership
• Foster process improvement opportunities based on past project experiences and champion identified improvements
• Monitor project progress, track budgets, and manage issues and risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders to align expectations with project goals and objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 7+ years of strong project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects
• 5+ years managing Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing projects of varying sizes
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and ability to resolve issues and manage risks
• Experience in a data-driven environment and understanding of ETL processes
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server or other large database platforms, with the ability to use SQL for querying

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in a cloud environment, specifically Azure
• Strong vendor negotiation and partnering skills with outsourcing experience
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt between strategy and execution
