What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain a strategic vision and roadmap for the business units
• Collaborate with developers to ensure operational commitments are met
• Conduct analysis to recommend solutions that enhance user experience across platforms
• Drive user story generation to maintain a healthy backlog of capability development
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex technical issues and recommend strategic options

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree AND 3+ years of Project Management, Product Analyst, or Product Owner experience
• OR 7+ years of Project Management, Product Analyst, or Product Owner experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• 5+ years’ work experience with Auto Finance
• 3+ years of experience managing moderate to high complexity projects and programs

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• 3+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
• 3+ years working with cross-functional teams in an agile development process
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
