- Lead and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare project plans, financial analyses, schedules, and budgets using project management tools
- Communicate project status through regular reports and participation in status update meetings
- Resolve project issues by collaborating with internal and external team members
- Influence middle management on technical or business solutions as needed
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in life sciences
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT engineering and/or life sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in scheduling tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel Gantt
- PMP certification is desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of operational/logistical aspects of lab settings or equivalent regulated environments
- Experience with software product development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with agile and scrum best practices
