Project Manager Wfh For Decarbonization Initiatives (Remote)

Join our esteemed national non-profit organization as a Project Manager within our Civic Infrastructure team. This pivotal role involves driving equitable program design and executing policies focused on building decarbonization. You will play an essential part in developing resources, facilitating training, and evaluating programs that unite government entities, community-based organizations (CBOs), and various stakeholders to foster sustainable urban environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and execute building decarbonization initiatives, emphasizing community leadership and economic inclusivity.
• Create, adapt, and present training materials using established frameworks to enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Develop impactful written resources and presentations that convey essential information effectively.
• Conduct outreach and evaluation efforts, ensuring cohesive collaboration among CBOs, governmental staff, and other partners.
• Propose policy mechanisms that reinforce community co-governance and enhance economic inclusion.
• Analyze and present data to inform local and regional decision-making processes.
• Monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules to guarantee timely provision of technical assistance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill requests and disseminate best practices across programs.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner for a diverse array of stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

• Exceptional written and visual communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
