Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to spearhead our quick-service restaurant (QSR) projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing remodels, relocations, and new constructions, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will exhibit strong analytical capabilities, substantial project management experience, and proficiency in developing detailed reports and dashboards to facilitate project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QSR remodels, relocations, and new build projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Conduct cost analyses and monitor expenses to safeguard budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise unit-level repair and maintenance initiatives, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and meet set standards.
• Establish effective tracking systems to monitor project advancement, foresee potential challenges, and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Provide regular project status updates and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures throughout all project phases.
• Recognize opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Proven project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Competence in crafting detailed reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to oversee projects at various locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within the QSR or hospitality sector.
