Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your project management expertise to facilitate the creation of innovative, purpose-driven technologies and solutions aimed at enhancing health and human services outcomes.
- Lead and mentor small project management teams, overseeing specific project components within larger technological programs.
- Delegate tasks and provide clear guidance to functional team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables maintain high quality.
- Oversee project timelines and scope while assisting in budget formulation, ensuring efficient staffing and quality results.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, providing regular updates and status reports to uphold project timelines and quality standards.
- Establish and manage performance expectations among clients, the organization, and project teams by effectively communicating project metrics and adjusting programs as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for clients, securing necessary approvals from key stakeholders.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through the full project management lifecycle.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, preferably with a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
- Proficient in budget development, control, assurance methods, and project management software.
- Ability to translate overarching program objectives into clear and actionable project milestones.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong influencing capabilities to prioritize project goals and inspire team collaboration.
- Proven capacity to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a preference for those having a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range for this position is (51,900.00 – )74,200.00 per year, with variations based on geographic location, internal equity, and job-related knowledge and experience.
