About The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll spearhead the implementation of a state-of-the-art legal case management solution. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders from various agencies, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes and drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Understanding and Planning
Dive deep into agency briefings to grasp user needs and business requirements.
Work closely with staff to document current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the evaluation and selection of a new legal case management system.
Phase 2: Implementation and Training
Partner with the selected vendor to implement the software and conduct end-user training.
Develop policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure seamless adoption.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
Phase 3: Evaluation and Optimization
Continuously evaluate the system post-implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and address any issues that arise, ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Required Skills And Experience
Project Management Professional Certification: Your PMP certification is a must-have for this role.
Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish.
Analytical Skills: Ability to develop analysis models and make informed business decisions.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in presenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Government Experience: Familiarity with government solicitation processes is highly desirable.
