Project Manager With Leadership Focus (Remote)

We are in search of a dedicated Project Manager who will spearhead critical task order initiatives remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, leading energetic teams, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate effectively with government stakeholders and contractors to support Agile methodologies.
• Oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems that serve over one million users and visitors each month.
• Lead transformation and consolidation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, data integrity, and service delivery.
• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold superior standards across all outputs.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms to align team activities with client objectives.

Required Skills

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team management and collaboration.
• Expertise in quality assurance frameworks relevant to comparable projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of comparable size and complexity.
• Practical experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading performance-driven initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with systems that cater to large user bases and their operational requirements.
