Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain security documentation, ensuring compliance with government standards and protocols.
- Lead the execution of Security Control Assessments (SCAs) for approximately 63 systems, addressing identified issues promptly.
- Oversee the Computer Security Incident Response Capability (CSIRC) operations, providing 24⁄7 management and training.
- Develop and maintain a Cyberthreat Dashboard to monitor and report cyber threat activities effectively.
- Establish and manage security tools for the Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) to enhance response capabilities.
- Continuously monitor network activities, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized actions.
- Ensure the security and compliance of financial systems in alignment with accounting standards.
- Provide support for various applications and databases, ensuring adherence to established standards and policies.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing security documentation and procedures.
- Expertise in conducting SCAs and managing incident response operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and self-management skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of technical experience, including 6 years in senior IT security roles; or a Bachelor’s degree in similar fields with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in senior roles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
