The Role

You will be managing an immaculate portfolio of 170-180 properties with a mix of both houses and apartments. Heimat provides strong support for ingoing inspections, leasing and accounts. 

There will be a smooth and structured handover process from a Senior PM.

After 6 months, Heimat offers the potential for one to two days working from home. Your portfolio is structured to provide further support with routine inspections as your role progresses to a client services focus.

Heimat have an amazing technology platform and support system that will enable you to thrive in this role. These include programs such as Airtable (workflow), Property Me, Docusign, Flikitover, SNUG, Eagle and more!

About You

• Minimum 12 months experience managing a portfolio
• Certificate of Registration, license 2 will be highly regarded
• Highly organised and customer service orientated
• Positive outlook
• Comprehensive understanding of the residential tenancy act
• Option to work from home 1 day per week
• Fun and social team with regular events
