Here’s what you’ll do

Perform all aspects of being a Hometime Host in your market including:

• Property onboarding: Ensure accurate listing setups and seamless property onboarding, leveraging Hometime’s best practices
• Guest experience: Deliver a 5-star guest experience from check-in to departure, including coordinating cleaning and quality checks. Use your local expertise to add a special touch to each guest’s stay
• Property maintenance: Manage repairs, maintenance, and property audits to maintain high standards. Build and maintain a network of reliable, cost-effective local trades people
• Guest communication: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to ensure all interactions are efficient, accurate, and centered on delivering exceptional customer service
• Homeowner relationships: Use your local know-how and entrepreneurial spirit to foster strong homeowner relationships and expand your portfolio. Ensure homeowners receive above-market returns without having to lift a finger
• Financial management: Review end-of-month statements to ensure accurate accounting and timely homeowner payouts.
• Expand your portfolio: Grow the number of properties under management by meeting potential homeowners, conducting property inspections, and communicating the value of Hometime’s management services
