Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS, ideally within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will bring at least 3-8 years of experience, including 2+ years in a SaaS environment and a minimum of 1 year in hospitality. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage pivotal client relationships effectively, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue growth through successful onboarding and account management. Regular travel to client locations will be essential for maintaining strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture large client accounts as a trusted advisor, ensuring their sustained success and satisfaction.
- Spearhead the onboarding initiatives for new clients, facilitating a smooth integration and comprehensive grasp of our platform’s offerings.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, thereby enhancing product usage within key accounts.
- Propel contract renewals while minimizing churn by cultivating robust client relationships and ensuring goal alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address and resolve customer challenges.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to showcase value and strategize for future growth.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, providing strategic guidance and optimization of platform usage.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and platform engagement, proactively addressing any indications of dissatisfaction.
- Partner with sales, support, and product teams to refine the customer experience based on valuable feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong account management capabilities and a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive business reviews and providing strategic insights.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products, particularly within the hospitality domain.
- Proven track record in upselling and reducing customer churn.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically managing substantial client accounts.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector, with an understanding of its operational challenges.
- Willingness to travel up to 10-30% for client engagement and relationship building.
