Your impact

As a (Senior) Project Manager, you’ll drive the success of multiple, challenging projects from inception to completion. What You Need To Succeed

• Experience: At least 5 years of project management in software implementation, preferably in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
• Certifications: PMI, Prince2, or similar credentials in project management (waterfall and/or agile).
• Proven Skills: Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a record of delivering successful outcomes.
• Leadership: Skilled in motivating teams, facilitating participatory decision-making, and creating a positive, results-driven team environment.
• Global Mindset: Experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams while effectively managing time zone and cultural differences.
• Communication: Strong ability to coordinate across departments and foster open, transparent dialogue with clients and internal teams.
