What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities
• Direct the technical, financial, and operational aspects of the projects to ensure successful trial completion
• Collaborate with functional area leads to identify and evaluate project issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations
• Maintain accountability for project deliverables in collaboration with project management directors and other leads

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6-7 years’ industry experience, including at least 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting
• Required experience in CNS, specifically in psychiatry, within a project management role
• University/College degree in a Life Science preferred
• Thorough knowledge of project management processes and budget management
• Ability to manage projects in a multi-office environment

• Proven ability to successfully manage and lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
• Willingness to travel as needed
