Position Overview

We invite you to join us as a Senior Python Backend Engineer, where you will be instrumental in crafting robust and scalable solutions for our cloud-based web applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with a diverse and talented team to design and maintain APIs, integrate machine learning models, and ensure the seamless operation of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners to tackle complex challenges.
• Be an integral member of our comprehensive development team, contributing to cutting-edge projects.
• Engage in daily stand-up meetings and showcase progress during weekly demonstrations.
• Operate within an agile environment, remaining adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Oversee both development and production environments, ensuring efficient deployment of updates.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, with a specialized focus on Python.
• Profound expertise in Serverless architecture and the design of JSON schemas.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services, including CloudWatch, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, SES, SQS, SNS, and RDS.
• A thorough understanding of API design and development principles.
• Proficient in database technologies such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Skilled in troubleshooting through logs and resolving issues effectively.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization technologies.
• Strong documentation skills complemented by a collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps and ETL Pipelines.
• Leadership experience within development teams.
• Familiarity with JIRA for tracking and managing projects.
