Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Java and Python (experience in both is ideal, but proficiency in at least one is required). The role involves working extensively with AWS services such as RDS, S3, and EC2. You will be instrumental in enhancing our CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage AWS services including RDS, S3, and EC2 to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior DevOps engineers and developers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Extensive experience with AWS services such as RDS, S3, and EC2.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
