We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing. You will work on ensuring the quality of AI and data-driven products across multiple platforms, including systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves testing diverse AI products such as chatbots, voice systems, and data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Arabic and experience working in multilingual environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to validate AI and data products, including those utilizing LLMs.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for AI models, data pipelines, and APIs.
• Ensure the quality of complex AI-driven systems, including chatbots and voice platforms, with a focus on LLMs and multilingual capabilities.
• Validate integration with middleware solutions to ensure seamless communication across various platforms such as websites, apps, and social media.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of media storage (text, voice, video, images) and data synchronization across platforms.
• Perform load and performance testing to ensure systems remain responsive under heavy traffic.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to ensure smooth deployment of AI models, including testing LLM-based functionalities.
• Ensure effective session management and handle escalations to human agents where necessary.
• Develop automation frameworks for efficient testing processes in AI and data solutions.
• Track and report on system performance, bugs, and reliability, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in automation testing.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proven experience working on AI-driven products, particularly those leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong understanding of testing AI-based systems, chatbots, voice recognition technologies, and APIs.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLMs and AI product testing, including fine-tuning, performance testing, and integration of models.
• Knowledge of middleware solutions and API integrations for multi-channel platforms (e.g., websites, apps, social media).
• Familiarity with load and performance testing tools to validate the performance of AI systems under high traffic.
• Understanding of session management and reporting features for AI and data product performance.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
