💚 Monthly salary ranges:
- B2B: 9,500 – 16,200 PLN + VAT
- UoP: 7,900 – 13,500 PLN (gross)
What are a QA’s responsibilities?
- Ensuring the highest quality of web and mobile applications
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and understand product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the project scope and objectives.
- Design and execute test plans to verify that the product meets the requirements and quality standards.
- Implementing new tools and technologies and improving the ones already in use
- Actively participate in the implementation of changes, working alongside developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and quality improvements.
- Making suggestions for changes and improvements in ongoing projects

We want you on board if you:
- Have experience in a similar job (at least 1 year as a software tester, web or mobile).
- Have experience in collaborating with internal or external clients in a software testing role.
- Can effectively work within Agile frameworks, adapting to iterative development cycles and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Understand User Experience (UX) principles to ensure that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of end-users.
- Can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Can work independently and with a team.
- Can comfortably work in an environment with varied projects and tools. Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adjust to evolving project requirements are important for this role.
- Have a strong command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+); Polish not required.
- Having a basic knowledge about automated tests will be a nice addition.
