Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a QA Engineer (Agriculture).

What will you do:
– Ensure that the CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
– Implement MSCS (Master Cleaning Schedule) with the hygiene and sanitation teams.
– Follow up on the progress of IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
– Ensure that all food safety standards and PRPs (Prerequisites’ Program) are implemented.
– responsible for product safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
– responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
– Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
– Collect product samples for product development and lab retention.
– Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.
– Conduct temperature checks on products, ensure all HACCP and Health Authority rules and regulations are followed, and manage log books.

– Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Food Science, Food Technology or any related field.

– Good awareness of the Food & Safety standards.
– Awareness of ISO 22000 & BRC & FSSC.
