We are focused on providing reliable, trustworthy and future-proof global identity solutions.

The world is transforming faster than ever before, and most recently, the pandemic has accelerated the need and expectation for digital onboarding processes. Our company enables our clients to verify their customers through various capabilities while reducing friction, costs and complexity.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our driven, tight-knit team of Quality Assurance Analysts, who are focused on transforming the path for digital identity verification in the APAC region and beyond!

As part of a cross-functional product team and reporting to the QA Manager, you will collaborate closely with your team to create new and improved business applications and enable solutions that enable the team to reach its goals aligned with business objectives.

  • Create functional specifications for new features or improvements.
  • Design and prepare testing plans to ensure the released changes fulfil our customers’ quality expectations.
  • Create tests or improve our vast API testing suites and verify that the results match our requirements.
  • Implement and execute the solutions’ tests and effectively communicate the findings and results to your team, the QA Manager, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute actively to the team’s Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, estimation, planning, retrospective).
  • Raise defects found and triage them to ensure that the correct issues are fixed on time.
  • Lead the product verification activities and collaborate with the team to coordinate the release activities.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience as a quality analyst or in a similar role in software quality assurance.
  • Solid experience using API testing tools such as ReadyAPI, Postman, or Swagger to write and manage end-to-end API tests. This includes building and executing automated test scripts effectively.

  • Previous experience working as part of a cross-functional agile product team.
  • (highly desirable) ISTQB Foundation.

What’s in it for you?

  • Up to 10% base salary bonus based on individual and company performance.
  • Participation in our equity plan.
  • The ability to build your career in a multi-disciplined international business environment.
  • Ongoing training and support.
  • Real and exciting opportunities for career development and progression.
  • An amicable and supportive work environment with all the benefits of a dynamic, flat organisational structure.
