Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Control Engineer (Agriculture).

What will you do:
– Conduct inspections, tests, and analysis on crops, soil, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
– Identify and implement strategies to optimize agricultural production processes, from cultivation to harvesting, to improve product quality.
– Ensure all agricultural operations comply with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP) and maintain necessary documentation for audits and certifications.
– Train farm workers and production staff on quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety standards.
– Evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials from suppliers, addressing any discrepancies to maintain consistent product quality.
– Identify quality-related issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize risks and ensure optimal product standards.

Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or any related field.
