Quantitative Developer (Remote)

We’re working on something exciting – developing a high-frequency, automated trading system that uses advanced liquidity strategies within centralized crypto exchanges, also known as market-making strategies. Our goal is to create a cutting-edge platform that handles real-time data processing and optimizes trading performance while keeping risk in check.

We’re building a cutting-edge high-frequency trading system and need a Quantitative Developer to help bring it to fruition.

Must have requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative development or similar roles, focusing on high-performance systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of C++ and Python
• Experience with numerical computing libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).
• Deep understanding of low-level system architectures, CPU cache behavior, and memory management.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and kernel tuning for low-latency applications.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading and lock-free programming techniques.
• Proficiency in network programming and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, multicast).
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, especially those crucial for high-frequency trading.

Ideally, you’d have:

• Experience in the finance industry, particularly with electronic trading systems or market data feeds.
• Understanding of financial markets, order types, and market microstructure.
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol and other financial messaging standards.
• Experience with time-series databases and real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
