React Front End Developer (Remote)

Project Overview:

We are developing Reality Rush – an innovative web-based online game designed for the Telegram platform, with deep integration into blockchain technology. Telegram and its Gaming Platform is a new avenue for reaching users of the Telegram communicator directly via the Telegram app on mobile and desktop platforms and offers a broad reach to new audiences. This project utilizes a connection to the blockchain TON (Telegram Open Network) to enhance the gameplay with new features that TON enables.

Position Overview:

We are looking for talented and motivated frontend React Web Developers with strong TypeScript skills to join our team and help develop the Reality Rush game into a global success while maintaining existing and developing new functionality of the frontend React project, implementing REST API endpoints communication, optimizing the game performance, load times and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the front-end architecture of a high-performance Telegram web game using React and TypeScript.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly game interfaces.

• Integrate the game with blockchain technology, working closely with blockchain developers to implement secure and transparent transactions.

• Optimize the game’s performance for various devices and browsers, ensuring a smooth experience for all users.

• Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices in software development.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the team’s adherence to high standards of code quality.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project timelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, blockchain engineers, and project managers, to deliver features on time and meet project milestones.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the project.

Qualifications:

• Senior-Level: 5+ years of experience in React development with TypeScript, including leadership or mentoring roles.

• Mid-Level: 3+ years of experience in React development with TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Familiarity with Telegram API or experience building applications for Telegram is a strong plus.

• Proven experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

• Understanding of RESTful APIs for data fetching.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of web security best practices, particularly in the context of blockchain and game development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong communication skills.

• A passion for gaming and an interest in blockchain technology are definite pluses.

• Experience with blockchain technology is welcome but not required, understanding of decentralized applications (DApps) is highly desirable.
