About the role

Motion Bound Pictures is seeking an experienced Real Estate Photographer/Floor Planner/Videographer to join our dynamic team in Norwest, NSW. This full-time position is a crucial part of our operations, providing high-quality visual media to support the marketing and sale of properties across the region.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Photograph properties to showcase their key features and highlight their appeal to potential buyers
• Capture detailed floor plans to provide prospective buyers with clear spatial understanding
• Film property walk-through videos to give online viewers an immersive viewing experience
• Film and photograph content for related industries such as builders/architects/trades
• Liaise with real estate agents to understand their specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure all visual media is of the highest standard and enhances the marketing of each property
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our photography, floor planning, and videography processes

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate photography, floor planning, and videography
• Strong technical skills in operating Sony A7siii and A7iv cameras + Dji mavic/mini drones
• Keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail to capture properties in their best light
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a busy schedule
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver consistently high-quality results
• Exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
