What this job involves : Coordinate the development of winning solutions for potential clients, including the development of the organization’s staffing model, identification of detailed savings and improvement plans, technology solution, service delivery processes and tools, and financial analysis that demonstrates the value proposition to our clients.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Real Estate Services Business Development Coordinator join our team:
- Location: Zapopan Jalisco or Monterrey Nuevo Leon
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
- Work model: Hybrid
What is your day to day?
- This professional will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
- Leverage various channels such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals to identify potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and develop specific strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, influencers and industry stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and goals. Collaborate closely with sales leads to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Work with operational and sales experts as contributors and/or reviewers.
- Write, edit and format all proposal deliverables.
- Support the preparation of other deliverables related to the opportunity (e.g. Yellow Pads, BAFO, etc.).
- Promote efforts to ensure all deliverables look professional and promote company branding.
Desired Experience And Technical Skills
- Sales experience essential
- Knowledge of the IFM product is essential
- Ability to present in front of many different types of clients and flexibility with presentation style
- Strong understanding of real estate outsourcing to design the right solution based on what the client is trying to solve
- Financial acumen to create, understand and articulate value proposition impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective presentation skills, and the ability to interface with senior management, functional departments, and customers.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business.
- Fluent English
