Key Responsibilities
- Drive project success by managing timelines and ensuring collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Offer expert guidance on records management standards, practices, and relevant technologies.
- Oversee the planning and execution of system implementations or upgrades to optimize records management.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences, including IT professionals, management, and federal personnel.
- Identify and resolve intricate technical challenges while developing efficient automation and process management solutions.
- Create thorough technical documentation, provide accurate resource estimates, and conduct training to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong command of records management principles and practices, particularly with OpenText Content Server.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage projects with a strategic focus on meeting milestones and deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 7 years specifically working with OpenText Content Server or OpenText Records Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in records management business processes, with a proven track record in delivering enterprise solutions for federal clients.
- Experience in DoD environments is preferred.
