What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Deliver full lifecycle recruitment support for various business groups
• Source candidates through internet job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Manage the staffing process in collaboration with Hiring Managers and the Onboarding team
• Conduct phone interviews and provide recommendations to client partners
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the employer to both passive and active candidates

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Must reside in the United States or Canada
• Ability to work independently with a focus on quality and integrity
• Strong customer management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Willingness to travel roughly 10% of the time
