Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at WebPT. The ideal candidate needs to have at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and a strong ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers, help drive recruitment strategies and contribute to building a high-performing workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing as A Part of Our Team

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of recruitment strategies and techniques; experience recruiting for multiple functions such as IT, marketing, sales, finance, etc.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking) to attract and source high-quality candidates. Leverage creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
  • Job Postings & Branding: Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings on job boards, LinkedIn, and company careers page. Work with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Tools & Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms. Familiarity with HRIS and sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex recruiting challenges and find creative solutions to meet hiring goals.

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Experience of working in IT services or US healthcare (RCM) industries.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related areas. HR certification is preferred but not required.
