Job Summary:
EYZ Global is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will drive the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent that aligns with our company culture and goals. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement effective strategies for sourcing top candidates globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global recruitment strategies tailored to EYZ Global’s fully remote environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create role-specific job descriptions and determine key qualifications.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, such as online job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks, to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate virtual interviews, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in remote talent acquisition and global hiring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role (remote hiring experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and sourcing strategies for remote teams.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects across time zones.
- A proactive and innovative approach to identifying and engaging with top talent.
