Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Tracker Development Manager with a background in HR tech, recruiting, or workforce management to lead our tracker development operations. This role combines hands-on technical skills with leadership and client-facing responsibilities to ensure accurate job data delivery and exceptional client service.
Salary: Probation is 6 weeks, salary is bi-weekly, Rs. 10000/week (40 hours), paid bi-weekly.
Work hours: 8 am Pacific Standard time – 5pm Pacific Standard time

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead and train Tracker Development Specialists to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage task allocation, monitor team performance, and resolve issues effectively.
Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, gathering tracker requirements and providing regular updates.
- Handle client feedback and manage expectations professionally, including pushing back when necessary.
Technical Oversight
- Create, validate, and optimize job trackers using SQL, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and Apps Script.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of job trackers by leveraging automation and streamlining processes.
Process Improvement
- Continuously refine workflows based on client feedback and team performance metrics.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in all tracker development operations.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- HR or Recruiting Experience: Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR tech platforms, or workforce management tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and Apps Script.
- Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to manage client relationships, gather requirements, and handle feedback.
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing a team, with strong delegation and troubleshooting abilities.
- Process-Oriented: Skilled at optimizing workflows for efficiency and quality.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment data analysis.
- Background in HR analytics or workforce planning.

- HR Tech Professional: Someone with experience in HR tech or recruitment operations who enjoys blending technical work with client management.
